We are delighted to be collaborating with Laura, The Ilkley Baker in her informative demo of how to bake delicious gluten free brownies. As Laura says, “ Being vegan, gluten free myself, it is very important to me that I try and accommodate any allergies and intolerances. Nobody should have to miss out on delicious treats!”.
She will be showing her well tested tips and tricks for baking with gluten free flours and how to best utilise added ingredients. There will be taste testing along the way and you’ll leave with a brownie to take home with you and knowledge of how to confidently bake in a gluten free way for yourself at home.
